She is doing a bit better today she ate, 2 pieces of bread with peanut butter on them. She is not falling as much and is able to steady herself more, which is what she used to do. She actually followed me and our other dog out to the car today, instead of me having to lead her to the car. So that is really positive. Her ears were up while I was giving her the peanutbutter bread. All good things. It is so hard being patient and letting her recover and get better. I have a pit in the stomach all the time lately and its just so hard. To top it all off my Best Friend lost her Mom on Sunday ( she was sick) and I have only talked to her for a total of 5 min since Sunday. I called yesterday and was tied up and said she would call me back, but has not. I know she is greiving and trying to get stuff in order for the service but it is just hard to not tell her I am here for her ( even though she already knows that).
Ok, so this was longer than I thought it would be. sorry Thanks for listening.
Re: Mini update: re my older dog
Thanks for the suggestions, she is lucky and gets to come to work with me everyday. ( Part of why its so hard to see her suffer, I litterally am with her 24/7). We have been taking her outside every night while little one plays. Last night she was chillin in the yard and DS took her toy over to her to give it to her, so cute, she didn't want it but he kept trying to give it to her. I will do better to be happy around her, she is just so moopy it is sooo hard to watch.
