DD potty trained out of cloth diapers. I don't think I did anything differently from what I would've done if she were in disposables. Potty training is about the potty, not about the diapers
I didn't really read anything, just followed her cues. From talking to others, I've found that potty training is HIGHLY individual, maybe more than anything else I've dealt with as a parent (eating, sleeping, etc.). So while you can read up on things like signs of readiness, 3-day potty training, etc., ultimately it'll come down to what works for you and your baby.
