going to work

As I sit here nursing I'm wishing it wasn't in the dark so I could be watching every move LO is making since I'll be going back to work today. I will leave in about 30 minutes(6 am) and my baby will be staying with my mom but the biggest kicker is that I won't be back until after 6pm. I keep asking myself, what kind of woman has a baby just leave it for half the day?? I feel like an irresponsable dog owner who buys a puppy but doesn't have time for it.

Bumping from phone....I am worried about pumping and not being able to make enough for him. Also, I will have to sleep some of the time I am home with him so I wont spend much, what ig he forgets me?

Awww!! You're a human mommy - you have to go to work to provide for him!!  Don't be ashamed of that - it does suck if what you want most is to spend your days with him though!!  You may find getting out of the house and having some adult interaction will make you a better mommy to him when you are home (and awake!).  He won't forget you, especially if you are bfing!!  Trust me, he can smell those babies a mile away!! Hope your first day back is good!!
