If you are pronouncing it lil-ee-ANN-ah, this is the spelling you should stick with.

But my favorite pronunciation is lil-ee-ON-ah, so I would spell it Liliana, in order to get that pronunciation.

Picked like it, only because of Grace as a MN, if it is a family name and I had known that would have bumped it to love, Lilianna is very pretty but I am tired of Grace, especially if it is only because it sounds pretty.

I feel like Lilianna (and all variations of Lilly) and Grace are just so overdone. They are fine names just heard a lot. That being said, if you love them, go for it.

I love it. We debated naming DD Liliana as a formal name, but went with just Lily.

I voted "it's okay".  I would def prefer either Lillian Grace or Lianna/Leighanna Grace, personally.
