Hi - I found your post b/c someone put a link to my blog. First, I want to say that I am so very sorry. When we were told that one of our babies had a birth defect, it felt like the doctors were handing us a death sentence. One of my identical triplets has spina bifida. I know - try to figure that one out. They are identical so why did this happen to her?

There is a spina bifida board on Baby Center - the moms there are super nice and provide a ton of support and can answer questions. Please don't give up - I know it sucks but we have found that the doctors always tell you the worst case scenario.

Thank you everyone for all the support. We are looking into the program at C.H.O.P. I would be leaving next week and have to stay til I actually have her via c-section at 37 week. My grandma will be going with me since poor DH has to stay here and work. Now were just trying to get everything set up and its will be worth all the sacrifice to give my DD every chance. I will of course be updating on here to give everyone the scoop.
