    Good info! I have to give props to their customer service too. I received some duplicate items for a baby shower that had Carter's tags but no store specific tags. I couldn't get any store - even the Carter's store! - to take the items back so I called the national number. They were able to tell me that they were actually from Target, although Target wouldn't let me return them. So, Carter's sent me a shipping envelope so I could mail the items back to them for free, then refunded me the cost of the items in the form of a check! I was very impressed.
