Allergies?

Ive been having a cough for about a week now. Its really deep into my chest and its worse in the mornings. I feel like i cant get it up. Even yelling for my dogs i feel like i cant get a deep enough breate in to yell loud. I dont know if this is allergies or is this what it feels like when the babies start pushing up on your diaphram? Im just about 25 weeks.
