We are going to be using Creative Kids Academy once I go back to work after maternity leave. They have a few locations across the metro, but the one we're using is located off of 394/Carlson Parkway. We visited the center and were very happy with everyone we met and the center itself. I didn't see the upstairs where the older kids go, so I can't speak to that but we felt they were the most reasonable price wise. The center takes 6 weeks - 12 year olds.
ETA: I've also heard good things about the preschool at Mt. Calvary Lutheran in Excelsior. That might be a little farther than you want to go depending on where you live. We'll probably be sending our son to one of these three preschools when he is old enough.
