You could look into Whitehouse nannies. I know they offer services for "emergency/unscheduled childcare needs". However, they aren't cheap and I think there's an annual fee or something to that effect.
Check to see if your or DH's work has a contract with daycare center for back up care--that may be a part of your benefits package. We used to have that with DH's old job and we used it once--there was a nominal co-pay. I think you can also set up back up care with this place on your own as well, you'll just pay more than you would through an employer plan:
Through my husband's new job we have access to back up care through Bright Horizons. We have up to 20 days a year and I believe it can be just about any Bright Horizons location.
