What is your opinion on them I'm considering getting some for my flats. I've been using some no name velcro cover or my pockets as covers and would like some reviews on them.

I love my Flips. They are so stretchy and trim. My DD is only ten pounds and I haven't had any leaks - including something that probably would have been an EBF poopsplosion in a sposie. I use cotton prefolds, hemp prefolds, and the staydry insterts with them. I think they are great. I use snaps. If you don't mind velcro the link below has seconds for cheaper if you just want to try one... free shipping in US.
Awesome if you use the velcro does it seem to rub her belly? I know H is quite a bit older and more active but the velcro on my other diapers always gets his tummy.

We loved our Flips when we had them. We used the stay dry inserts and we never had any leaks. We just use pockets now for all three boys that are in diapers just so we don't have to do two systems.
Mom to six awesome kids - Levi is 12, Landen is 8, Gabrielle is 6, Lucas is 3, and Oliver and Samuel are 2 years old. Love my crew.

My Flips are all snaps. I am still debating buying some of those seconds. But, my Bummis Whisper Wraps are velcro and I never had a problem. But, You are right.. my DD is young. Our LO's share March 10th a year apart!

I like the Flip covers. We've never had a major blow out with them and my little one is still EBF. We have 4 covers and do wash every other day and that seems to work. I do want to get some of the hook/loop closure, for overnight, though. I'm not always accurate with my snapping in the dark.
Actually, yesterday we were pretty busy, and the Flip day pack (which is only $60) got us through the entire day. If I were on a strict diaper budget, I would diaper him entirely in Flips (although luckily it hasn't come to that, I love my fitteds and wool too much ). The 2 covers might not have made it through the whole day if he had needed to have a BM, but since all of his dipes were just wet, it worked.
I have 2 Flip covers and really like them. They work great around bulky fitteds. I've only tried the inserts (organic and stay-dry) once but they were good too. Prefer the organic, mainly because I have a heavy wetter. The stay-dry ones are trimmer though.
Love my flips, I use them on prefolds and fitteds. I tend to not use the inserts as much, just because it guarantee's the cover needing to be washed if lo goes poop, but they work well for absorbing pee.
Used ours for the first time today and was surprised at how much I liked it! We have the organic inserts. DD fell asleep and took a crazy long nap (about 4 hrs) and no leak at all! She's about 10lbs and a pretty heavy wetter. I love how stretchy the cover is. Even with snaps, I felt like I got a good fit on her. I'm going to try it again a couple times to make sure, but I'm planning on buying another day pack to add to our stash now that she's pretty much outgrown most of her NB stuff.

Leakage wise, I liked the flips. However, they fit odd around the midsection for us.
