i would want to know your son's name first to know whether they go together but if it's a popular name [and you don't mind the popularity of olivia], then i would say olivia is fine.
i would go with something less generic than the middle names you listed, especially since there are so many olivias and she might at some point choose to go by her middle name. do you have a maiden name or any family names that sound good in the middle spot?

My son Is Isaac James and we don't have any other family names that we want to use. James was my Dad. I wanted Ava Grace but we have 5 friends that named their daughter Ava so that was out fast. I liked the name Stella but DH said no way..

The names already suggested would all be great! Maybe Paige or Mae? I think a one syllable name that starts with a consonant would sound best
