Yoga is great - helps you learn to breathe and focus, helps open up your hips and keep mobile. A class in person is always best, but videos aren't terrible.
Tailor sitting and squatting are supposed to be really good to do before labor. I know my Hypnobabies materials mentioned some others but I'm drawing a blank right now.

Doing squats really helps! Especially when you're close to delivering. It helps push baby down on your cervix and helps you dilate. I also really like doing the butterfly with my knees. (put the souls of your feet together and press your knees towards the ground as far as you can) Those both seem to really open your hips and stretch the muscles. I do agree with PP that yoga would be good, I've only dne it a few times and it realy does help you focus. GL!

If you're brave enough, you could try belly dancing, (they have prenatal videos) Before it was a harem dance It was used to teach girls how to give birth, Not to mention how soothing the rocking will be for the baby
