A bit of a random thought I had today

Do you guys ever think about what your LO's will be like when they're older?  I know the obvious answer is yes, but just today I was thinking about what I would do if DD doesn't get asked to the prom (I was running by a lake in my area and there were tons of prom photos being taken). 

I decided that we'd take her out to her favorite restaurant if she didn't get asked to a dance and was upset about it.   Then I realized that she'd be in high school and the last place she'd want to be is out to eat with her parents on the weekend.

Fail.  lol

Then order out and get a movie.  I'd do that with my mom when I was in high school.
