Jackson is HOME!!!

Last night was our first night as family at home! Jackson was discharged from the NICU at GBMC yesterday morning. DH and I have never been happier. It was an absolutely perfect day, we even managed to get a few hours sleep and DH let me take an afternoon nap while he had some father/son time.He is already so good with him, I am very lucky to have such a hands on daddy.

He is still feeding great even though the nurse warned he may not while he adjusts to his new surroundings. We have a visit with a home care nurse tomorrow and his first doctor's appointment is Monday. Hopefully he is continuing to gain weight, which is my biggest concern.
