Progesterone suppositories... anyone?

I usually do 200 of prometrium morning and night. Just push them as far "up" as you can and lay down for about 20 min afterwards. Wear a pantyliner as it will leak all day. Kinda gross. I always have SE like cramping an bloating while using them due to my high dosage.

Ihave used crinone gel in the past.  I had to use them starting the day after i ovulated (or the first day I was sure I had ovulated) for 10 days.  I wouldn't get AF until 2-3 days after I stopped, but some people still get it when they normally would.  Also, if you chart it can make your temps go up at the end gving you false hope that you might be pregnant.  This happened to me the first few months and then I knew to expect it so it didn't bother me anymore.  It does leak out, especially as more accumulates the more days you use it.  That part is kind of gross.  I didn't have any cramping side effects like arnpbride so I am sure the experience is a little different for everyone.  I found the suppositories to be pretty easy.  Good luck, I hope they do the trick for you!

I had 200 mg in the am and 209 mg in the evening from BFP until 10 weeks with DD. It was no big deal but pantyliners became my new BFF.

I use them morning and night.  The only side effect I had was that they can be messy.  I have friends who said they made them tired or moody.

I use them twice a day am and pm and I can't stand them..the white oilyish leakage is annoying so pantyliners a must or they ruin your underwear! I haven't noticed any s/e otherwise.

I use them also I do 1 100mg in morning and night. I have some cramping from them and they leak like crazy I hate that part I use a pad cause I was leaking off a panty liner.
