The app I use to track how much I'm pumping just got an update and one of the new features is a monthly total. I'd never thought to add it up before how much I was pumping over the course of a month.

Baby Connect. It's awesome. You can track bottle-feeding, BF-ing, pumping, solid feedings, diapers, sleep, activities, weight and length, medications and vaccines, milestones, etc. The first month or so, I tracked absolutely everything, but these days, I mostly just use it to track pumping versus bottle feedings (to make sure I'm not getting "behind") and I record his stats and vax after his pediatrician appointments.

I think it was either $3.99 or $5.99. Either way, it was worth every penny.
