NBR: rappelling downtown???

I heard the tail end of a commercial the other day about what I think is a fundraiser for special olympics.  It sounded like you could rappel off of a building downtown???  Does anyone know what this is??  My DH had to turn down an exciting adventure in CA because we just don't have the $$ right now.  He would flip out over doing something like this and I was trying to find the details.  TIA!!
