Infant Daycare recommendations in Shadyside area?

Can anyone give me recommendations of good daycare centers in the Shadyside or downtown areas of Pittsburgh.  I live in Shadyside and work downtown.  I am just out of my first trimester so won't need it for awhile but I've heard it's hard to get into the "good ones" - waiting lists etc..  What ARE the good ones??
