I am so excited to be 4 months and finally feeling a bit better.  I hope I can continue to eat and feel good.  Hope everyone is doing well!

What this means, is at 14 weeks you are at the beginning of your 4th month, or you could look at it as the end of your 3rd month. So really, you have completed 3 months of pregnancy and at 17 months you will have completed your 4th month.

It's Like I say I'm 28 years old, when really I've completed 28 years, but in my 29th year of life.

I couldn't have said it better myself. The same thing goes for women who are always asing what week they are in. I just turned 15 weeks today, which means I've completed 15 weeks and tomorrow will start my 16th week.

Anything that makes me sounds further along makes me happy!  So I am celebrating the beginning of my 4th month!  It's been a LONG 14 weeks, so this has put a big smile on my face!  Not to mention that I was on the Zofran pump for 4 weeks and 4 days and I am off of that today, so it's a good day!

a lot of people, mostly men ive told ask how far along are you, and when I reply in weeks they look like they dont understand and start converting that into months, and im like technically its 40 gestational weeks, you really dont use months really..I mean you can..but you all know what im saying...

You just be happy and celebrate your four month milestone even if its a few days short according to some people on here.  I am 17 weeks and say 4 months so...I think everyday and every week I get further along is a gift!

Starting your 4th month doesn't mean you ARE 4 months! At 17 weeks you will be 4 months and STARTING your 5th. Maybe a simple example would be that my son, at 20 months, is living his 2nd year of life but he is not 2 yet.

At 14 weeks you are in the 4th month, so YES, you are 4 months. Congrats to you, I'll be 14 weeks on Tuesday!
