I'm very nervous about 2u2! I barely make it with just one, and the poor house is barely clean. What do your days look like? I'm mostly nervous about my 11 month old who gets very agitated if we spend too much time in the house!
My schedule now, and it has been the same for about the last 5 months or so, is this:
7am - wake up and DD has a bottle, then kids have breakfast.
8:30 or 9am: DD nap
10am: go out and do something, DD's next bottle about 11am
12: home for lunch
12:30-1pm: naps for both
2-3: DD up and another bottle
4: DS up, snack, then either go for a walk or play inside
5:30 dinner for both
6:DD bottle, then bed
7: DS bed
When DD was a newborn, we just followed DS's normal schedule and just worked her feedings in. She was a great baby and just napped on the go - so we went out just about every day to the playground, music class, little gym, etc. I would try to feed her before we left, then she would nap in the car/stroller/baby bjorn while we were out, then we would hopefully be home by the time she was going to eat again.
In terms of keeping the house clean, I try to play catch up when DH comes home from work. Before we have dinner, I let him have a little alone time with the kids while I try to pick up the mess from the day. I honestly get very little cleaning done when we're all alone during the day.
Getting them both out of the house is easy once the baby is past the first few months. When she was first born, I found it a little more challenging because she'd eat so much, so if we were going somewhere that we'd be at for a while, it would be a pain to feed her while I was trying to entertain DS. I try to time my outings based on DDs feedings-now that she goes a little longer between bottles it's easier. She mostly sleeps in the double stroller or baby carrier when we're out though.
