Are you still taking domperidone? What dosage do you take and do you think it's helping? I really want to try it and I think I have a doc that will write me a Rx, but I'm just curious about dosage.

I usually do 20 mg 4 x/day but sometime I take 30 mg for my late afternoon dose, to help get my evening supply up. I definitely think it's helping, I think my supply would have been long gone by now if I wasn't taking it.

Also, if you have time when you pump, try to do a mini power-pump session. That's when you pump for a while until it more or less stops coming out, stop for 10 minutes, then pump again, usually for about another 10 minutes. I usually get another 1-2 ounces this way when I have time to do it.

Are you hesitant about ordering it overseas? I have the brand name Motilium and I feel very confident in it. It's from New Zealand and I bought it from inhousepharmacy.biz, it comes in blister packs.

I've decided to just take the box of supply that I have, which should last me another couple months and then if my supply goes, then i'll start supplementing. She's 6 mos now, so I figure I've had a pretty good run.

Thanks so much for the info! I'm glad to hear it's helping. My supply was doing ok but I got sick last week and it is tanking fast. I really want to give domperidone a try before I give up BFing. I have a doc that will write the prescription so I think I'm just going to go through a compounding pharmacy so I can get it quickly. Thanks for being so helpful!
