Need help!

Last week I bought a Thirsties Duo Diaper to try for night time.  It worked great the first night.  The second night we had a leak in the back - I'm pretty sure it's because I had the inserts sticking out of the pocket.  Tonight another leak out the back, and the insert was definitely NOT sticking out.  I took the diaper off and it wasn't soaked, just wet in the back.  I repositioned and tried again.  Any advice?  I really need these to work since we need something at night that will keep the wetness away from her sensitive skin and because of her skinny legs we need gussets.  Also, this may be a stupid question, but does it matter which insert is closer to her?

Is it fully prepped?  It took my Thirsties hemp a loooooong time to be fully abosrbant.  And yes, you want the microfiber closest to the top....it absorbs faster and pulls moisture away where the hemp will do the bulk of the absorbing.

Fully prepped, at least I think.  I washed them 3 times before use and it has been washed 3 times since then  . . . .  I had the microfiber closest, so at least I did that correctly!
