Customer Service Rave

I've been ordering from One Step Ahead for about a couple of years now and have always been pleased with them but their customer service today really went above and beyond!

Every year I buy DS's swim wear from them because it's the UPF 50+ Sun Smarties line.  On Easter I ordered his swim trunks, swim shirt, hat, and sand shoes and received it today (holy fast shipping!!) but I noticed a rust like spot on the sand shoes that were still in the plastic packaging.  I called customer service and they are shipping out a new pair, two day shipping to insure they're here before vacation even though I told them it was no big deal since we weren't leaving for another two weeks, and the shoes I have here I can keep for spares or donate.

P.S. I also ordered this bouncer at a great price!

P.P.S. I also suggest their bug spray.

    I love one step ahead, their swimwear is GREAT!  I've ordered several things from them on several different occasions.
