I love mine. My only complaint is that it is heavy and bulky - but any stroller like it (BOB, Valco) is going to be equally as large. My friends have those other two, and out of the three strollers, I prefer mine. The Valco is a bit larger, and the BOB has a weird bar in the basket area.
i have it and i love it. my kids are exactly 2 years apart and i used it from day one with the infant carrier- my older ds is now 3 and still loves to ride in it.
it is bulky and heavy to lift into the car...i honestly couldn't test 'lifting' in while pregnant bc it was too heavy and i rest it on my belly to lift it up now...(but i am almost 5"2) ....however, even my bob single is heavy and hard to lift....i sacrifice the not so easy part that last for less than a minute to have a blissful stroller ride with all the feature i need!!
The pros: excellent quality, great customer service, very nice colour choices, all fabric (except the canopy) is machine washable, fits through doorways. I also like that it's not super common at least where I live, you don't see these too often and like that.
The cons: it's kind of bulky and heavy to lift in and out of the car, no cupholder for you or LO's, and also that it's a little pricey, although I bought mine second hand from kijiji for $300 which isn't bad at all..
