Klover?

Just saw this gem for a kid in my hometown newspaper's birth announcements.  What's worse.. it's for a little boy.   I predict a lifetime of wedgies for the poor little guy.  

Some times I just wanna slap somebody.

I'm not sure which irks me more.. the name itself or the random K spelling.

Clover for a cat is OK. For a boy, not so much.

The K makes it worse.

I have a college friend who named her sons Clever and Rocket. Both boys have "normal" middle names but nms.

Don't get me wrong, I don't love it with a c or a k, but it's not exactly Pilot Inspektor or Rocket. Those are actual names

I'm with BB on this - no ifs, ands, or buts -  Klover is a BAD name, especially for a boy, especially with a K.  Ewww.

ROFL, I replied on BNB...Clover was the name of my mom's 4H calf when she was a kid. And switching out the C for a K isn't klever. It could be worse, the kid could be Duramax. Or Tuff.

I love the name Clover for a girl, but it should be spelled with a C.  Jack is lucky he wasn't a girl, because that was on my short list!

I actually kind of like it, but only for a girl - not a boy.  I like unique names for girls....or maybe it's my Irish side coming out....
