uterine scar dehiscence?

Has anyone had this?  I guess it's more directed to those who have had more than 1 csection since you wouldn't really know you had it until csection #2.

With my 2nd C my doctor said there was a "window' in my uterus where the scar got very thin, technical term is uterine dehiscence.  I guess what I'm wondering is if I had this with #2 is it more likely to happen again?  And if so does anyone know if it's safe to VBAC after this finding?

Obviously it will be question at my next appt, but I wanted to see if anyone had any info regarding this.  I'm afraid if I mention it to my doc it will put a stop to me attempting a vba2c, but at the same time I want to make sure everyone is safe.
