Just wondering if there exists any kind of discount on international airfare for US military members/dependents. Google hasn't helped much with this.

I know when we travel airlines don't make us pay any luggage fees, but you can try calling the airline to see if they offer a discount.

Unless you fly Space A you probably won't get much more than free luggage check.  Sometimes Expedia offers like $15 bucks off for Military but that's not much =oP

i know traveling on official orders we get free baggage depending on the airline it is up to 3 pieces weighin no more than 50lb ea per person on the orders.

As PPs mentioned, we always get our baggage free, but we've also gotten upgrades on flights that weren't fully booked before. Usually to get a discount you have to call the airline itself and not use travel sites.
