Do you worry about soy lecithin or soy oil? I've read they may be okay. If they are a problem for your LO, is there anywhere you can eat out? I've been off soy (& dairy) for two weeks and am thinking of reintroducing soy oil in another week or two, but not eating out is challenging for me.
Re: Are you soy free?
To be honest, eating out at restaurants was stressful for a while. It's easier at chain restaurants, because many of them list their full ingredient lists online. Some of them also have allergy guides that show which of their foods contain soy. But dining out at mom-and-pop type restaurants can be difficult.
