I love these drapes from PBK in the green or pink.

My nursery will be pink & brown and I ordered sheets as well as fabric for the valances my aunt is making from Carousel Designs www.babybedding.com  $10 a yard & you need 1 1/2 yards for a valance.

Are you remotely crafty? I bought some cute fabric and am doing my own no-sew panel curtains using this tutorial: https://www.younghouselove.com/2010/02/nursery-progress-getting-the-hang-of-it/

An inexpensive curtain rod from WalMart like this: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Estrella-Decorative-Rod-Pink/14939032, a few yards of fabric like this: https://www.amazon.com/Premier-Prints-Polka-Brown-Fabric/dp/B000WFWFPG and a rainy afternoon and I'd bet you'd be all set for curtains at a fraction of the cost
