Just for kicks, check out the name Jennifer Rees, and you can see what it looks like when someone is suspended.    You have to actually open the result, otherwise things look normal.

 this is what you should find; if you just look at the first result, it looks like no complaints.  But if you open it up to this link above, you see the "no referral status."  When you call the number listed, they will take your info and then email you out the suspension documents on a provider.
