REI marks them down once or twice a year.  I caught their markdown last fall, then got Diapers.com to price match for me.  I received it the very next day:)  

 You might also try keeping an eye on the Babycheapskate Facebook page.   If there is a deal, you will see it posted there.  Also, you can search "bob revolution" in the blog and see when it's been on sale.

are you just looking at the revolution or dualie?  Just curious.  I'm digging the dualie now that DS is older and more wiggly but the price is hefty.

I sold my single to buy my dualie. I still like my dualie a lot to take them on walks and zoo and stuff like that. I have a Bugaboo that I am going to sell and another stroller. I am going to buy another single BOB because Finn is fighting everything right now and I like the BOB harness. So I will be a two BOB family until they outgrow using the double. The doubles go like hotcakes on CL. I looked there the other day to see how much they sell for and all I found were like 6 ads for people looking for one.
