I think over the Easter weekend people have been busy. I have checked less often because I was flying solo on Easter dinner this year and althugh not a complete fail it wasn't spectacular ether..

So how was your weekend?
I feel like it's been slow the past couple of weeks...maybe everyone was just getting ready for the holiday?
My weekend wasn't too bad. Easter dinner is so much more difficult when you're chasing a toddler up and down the stairs, but I still managed to eat two pieces of cheesecake. What did you make for Easter dinner?

A lot, we're still eating leftovers *groan* I made Potato Salad, 5 cup salad, Maple Ham, Baked Beans (Weelicious recipe), Green bean Casserole, Deviled eggs and a Cherry Pie. And of course it was ALL gluten free and dairy free so from scratch. I cooked for 3 days no kidding! And yes I totally agree chasing a toddler makes it so much more challenging although 2 pieces of cheesecake would make it so much more worthwhile

Ha! At this point, I'd take anything.
