For me - a good sale is based on how much I need it - often Kelly's Closet has sales where you spend a certain amount and you can get a free diaper, so if I already need stuff, its worth it for a $20 diaper free, and they have free shipping over $39 I think.
Kanga Care had a sale on her dipes one day, and I saved 50%. But I think if you need it, 20 or 25% is pretty good. Sometimes the 10% are nice, but only if you REALLY need it or HAVE to have it, KWIM?
I prefer used, then I usually try to stay lesss than 50% of the retail price, unless its in like new condition.

I never buy unless its at least 15% off. 10% pops up all the time. 15% off works if I need something and 20% or more will entice me to buy even if I don't need anything.
