I started outside, then bought a treadmill. Now, I am back to the real live outdoors. Although, when it starts getting all humid outside I will have to head back to the dreadmill.

I hate the dreadmill. A LOT.

nobody ASKED me...but I did it on a treadmill.  That's when L and I were going to the gym and gossiping/watching Jersey Shore while we ran.

I'm stalking my mailbox for my BIC bands, and a package from JB.  Apparently,  i have been stalking the mailbox for no reason. LOLZ.

I'm just trying to figure out how to  do the timing outside. Hmmm, I wonder if there is something fer my iPOD.

You can download a stop watch app for your phone if you have a droid phone, BB or an iphone. Thats what I used in the beginning.

You can download pod casts (or an app) somewhere that tell you when to walk/run.

I don't own an iPOD, but i read or someone told me that along thew ay.
