Best registries?

Just wondering what the best stores to register are? By 'best' I mean a variety including organic/green products, reasonable prices, good return policies etc.  

I was thinking one online-only registry (such as amazon or myregistry.com),
then another brick and mortar store (BRU, Bye bye baby).

You ladies all seem to have started this, so your thoughts are helpful!

I did Amazon and BRU.  Prices are better on Amazon, but some people don't like to shop online.  Both registries ended up being fine.  I had several things to return at BRU and they didn't give me any hassle, got store credit. 

 Amazon has a really good retun policy as well, I haven't had to return anything to them though so I don't have much personal experience.

From personal experience, online registries are easier to purchase from than Target or BRU because I get so irritated with trying to find items on the registry print out. Unless its a clearly unique and identifiable item, a lot of descriptions have cryptic titles, have no pictures, and you are at the mercy of matching barcodes and working with the variable selection offered at each store. Amazon's prices are only occasionally better than the brick and mortar stores (and some even priced much higher), but maybe after taking into account tax savings and the benefit of shipping, the price equalizes. I think registering online and at a real store is the way to go.

I did Babies R Us and Stuff 4 Multiples because I was having twins and they just had things that were especially for twins. Hope this helps!
