Not in use, I have 12 larger prefolds and 36 newborn prefolds, plus a couple thirsties duo pockets in size 1.  I hesitate to type this, but that's 97 diapers including all prefolds...

Wow, I am impressed that you ladies know exactly how many diapers you have! I honestly can't give an exact number.

We probably have about 20 pockets/AIOs for daycare. And about 15 fitteds we use at home with our numerous wool soakers and longies. 

I do have two RaRs (OS pockets) I don't use anymore, PM me if you're interested.

We wash every other day. But if we really want to push it we can make it to every 3rd day but it's cutting it close.

I'd like to get some fitted to try with him. I'm hoping once we get paid I can buy a couple.

Currently in the dresser: 22 KL0s, 1 NB Cuddlebun, 6 organic BG AIOs, 4 Wee Ones, 3 B4s, 2 Piddle Poddles, 3 pockets that I use last. Once the KL0s go I have a stash of GMs, KL1s, and a few randoms ready to go.

Aside from 24 prefolds that we don't use very much we have:

13 pockets: 1 FB, 2 Kawaiis,2 Bots Tots,5 RaR, and 3 BG OS

6 AIOs (I save for overnights and daddy mostly because they're easy..wish I had more) - BG 3.0 smalls

21 fitteds: 6 GM's, 1 ODC, 4 TT, 2 SBD's, 1 GSB,3 sbish, 1 mutt, 2 mamamades, 1 sticky pea.

and 9 AI2's - 6 BB, 2 DD, and 1 SBD 

....so 49.  Okay I am totally hodgepodge aren't I? But I like variety and I feel like I have a lot of wiggle room so I probably could have less and still be okay.

I have about 45 that are part of my regular rotation....this includes various pockets, fitteds, AIOs, and AI2s.

I have 24 nb prefolds that I never used, and about 15 nb AIOs and fittteds w/covers that are now stashed away and are not being used.  

Yet I still order more.  I really need to sell some stuff.  I'm trying to decide whether to destash some or hold on to them for now to see if they'd work for a future 2nd baby.  I can't make up my mind.

I'm in the same boat, and I think I'm just going to hang on to everything.

I have 20ish fitteds and 20ish pockets/AIOs/AI2's. I never run out. I do laundry every other day.

i have over 60 that currently fit DS and then an unknown number put away in a drawer that he's outgrown. (and then drawers full of fabrics to make a ton more)

20 Bumgenius pockets (mix of 3.0/4.0/snaps/aplix/new/used)

17 Sunbaby pockets (chinese ebay diapers, but they work great for us and were CHEAP. I bought them to fill in my stash so I wouldn't have to wash every day.)

10 Bumgenius Elementals (all used)

A whole mess of hemp inserts to stuff aforementioned pockets.

 

Plus 6 GMD prefolds and 2 upcycled wool soakers for around the house.  Overall, I'm really happy with our stash. It was inexpensive but just about bulletproof for us.
