Prenatal Pilates?

Hi all,

I've done pilates in the past but not for years. Mostly mat classes, I only got on a reformer once. I'm interested in picking this up again prenatally but a class sort of intimidates me at this point. Are there any good prenatal specific pilates DVDs anyone would recommend?

Thanks!

  • 10 minute solutions - Prenatal Pilates is great!  I always recommend that one.  I have done it through my whole pregnancy (almost 38 weeks) and it has helped me with back pain, and made me feel toned.  I use more weights than what she suggests in the DVD.

I have this one and second the recommendation.  I think I need to up the weights though, because it doesn't do much.
