First - I'm 99% sure IUI #2 was a bust - I've only had negative preg. tests everyday for almost the past week. But I haven't started AF yet - today is 16dpIUI - which is when they told me to come in for a beta if no period. So I went this morning - I'm totally expecting it to be negative - but I should hear back after 3:30 today (that 1% of me still has hope though). Last cycle I was on the exact same dose of Femara on the same days - and my period started exactly after 28 days. So it should have started yesterday or at least this morning! WTF!?
Second - I had a training course for work that was cancelled a few weeks ago. I just got notice that it is re-scheduled for June 6-10. Which I fear will completely interfere with my next cycle when I'm supposed to start injectables. I'm already skipping IUI #3 next month - b/c I have to go away for work the first week in May and then to NYC for a wedding. I'm trying to figure out on the calendar if I will be in the 2ww or not for the course in June - but now that my cycle is no longer 28 days - I no idea what to plan for! I think I'm just going to tell them that I am not available that week - I can't miss trying for two months in a row or I will lose my mind! I hate that I have to choose between work or getting pregnant - this shouldn't be so hard!
Re: argh - two issues...
I'm sorry Hootie! On both counts...
I feel you on both too. Apparently I am on a never ending cycle, and wish this stupid cyst would go away so I could get a natural AF for once...
And I have training in June, in Washington DC, and I am super afraid it will interfere with a chance at getting KU. I don't know what to plan for either- as I have no idea when this stupid cycle will be over- or when the cyst will be gone. I hate having to worry about choosing.
((Hugs))
((huge hugs)) Hootie! Ugh, I hate that everything has to be difficult.
Missing 2 months would drive me bonkers as well. It's a tough call to make but getting pregnant trumps the job in most cases due to my age at this point.
GL with what your decision

Hey, they need to boost you up on the Femara 5 mg is not good if you have already tried it twice. I started on the 2nd highest dose my first time around. Good luck to you.

I'm sorry this IUI seems to have been a bust. Keep us updated on the beta though.
I'm sorry that the training was rescheduled for a time that might interfere...hopefully they will be understanding if you cancel. Good Luck!
