My boys only have 1 pair of shoes each, and that's a pair of Robeez. Those aren't working in the warm weather! I need to buy them some sandals, but I'm not sure what kind to get them-- fisherman style? flip-flop with a strap on the back? They're both walking, if that makes any difference.
Thanks for your help!

I worry that flip flops will really annoy her. Last summer I bought her a white pair of stride rite closed toe sandals for the first half of summer and then I bought her a pair of crocs that fit great and really worked well for the second half of summer.
This year I bought her a pair of closed toe "river shoes" from Keen and they seem really good so far. Crocs only come in 4-5 and then 6-7 and she in between sizes apparently so the 6-7s just seemed so big I worried about her falling.
Caroline will not wear flip flops...or any sandals with something that goes between the toe.
Other than that, if they are walking then the sky is the limit.
Caroline is big into shoes, so we have lots and lots and lots of different kinds of shoes ;-)
Another vote for the Keen sandals. I highly, highly recommend them! Just bought new pairs for both boys.
They are extremely sturdy and supportive. They are made very well and are great protection.
I would not do flip flops at your boys' age......they won't be supportive enough.
DS1 also wears Crocs, but he is almost 4. I am thinking of trying a pair for DS2, but he is a crazy, fast runner so I'm not sure since I think he might trip.
DS2 has already started wearing his Keen's (and he is younger than your boys....) and they are working great!
Also......when they get wet, they dry really quickly!
