Hi everybody!
I am hoping there's someone out there who can help me! I'm a first time mom, looking for a convertible crib in a cherry finish. I know there are PLENTY out there that fit that criteria, but I'd also like one that doesn't have visible screws.
I've looked at some of the cribs listed on all the usual websites (Target, Walmart, Babies R' Us), and most cribs look great, until they're converted into full beds and the footboards have these ugly screws or visible hardware. To me, it makes the piece look cheap. To complicate things, I am cheap!!
I don't want to pay a fortune! I'm at 16 weeks (dd 10/2), so I guess it's a good thing I'm starting early.
Any advice from experienced mommies and daddies would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanks so much!!![]()
Re: Convertible cribs with HIDDEN HARDWARE
THe crib I have purchased has hidden hardware.
It is from Million Dollar Baby. Its the Annabell Collection. We have it in white but there are other color options. I LOVE IT

that should be one the brand is Baby Cache- style heritige- with cherry finish. We also wanted one without all the exposed hardware, this furniture line is made by Munire and is reviewed well in Baby Bargains. If you want to convert it I have heard its best to buy the rails with the crib or soon after.
Thanks so much for the suggestions everybody! I can tell this site will be very helpful to me! I had considered the idea of screw covers, but then I figured the reason they're not included in these kits is because they're probably a choking hazard. I could be wrong though! I really like the Million Dollar Baby Cribs, but there's no retailer in my state (NY). I'll keep looking on Babies R' Us!

Thanks again!
