How do you store your pictures?

Right now we store them on one computer, and back them up on a second computer.

I asked for an external hard drive for mother's day - but feel like I still need a backup.

How do you store and protect your photos?

I make sure to upload them to Shutterfly so that they are there if something happens to my computer.

We have a TB external hard drive as well as facebook, plus the regular laptop.

They're all on our desktop and on an external hard drive.  I also print a bunch of them every couple of months and have those stored in photo albums.

External drive, burn DVDs, upload to flickr.  I don't even leave them on my laptop anymore.  An external drive can die like a computer drive does, so it is a good idea to either burn discs or upload to a site with unlimited storage in addition to storing on a hard drive.

I learned the hard way not to ever erase my camera's memory cards until I have backed up everything on them in at least two places.
