New to Indy - Need a GYN

Hey ladies,

I just moved to Indy and need some recommendations.  NE of the city would be ideal, but if there is a good doc that I shouldn't pass up some where else then I am open to that.

I do have some TTTC so a doc that will refer me out to an RE without a lot of issues would be great.

 Thanks!

I saw Dr. Box at Clearvista Women's Care (in the Community North campus in Castleton) before I moved out of town. Love the practice and love her! Several ladies on the board see someone in that practice and I've heard nothing but good things. We had TTTC also, and Dr. Box referred us out to Dr. Jarrett, one of the city's REs, without hesitation. She went through IVF with him herself many years ago, so she's very understanding about the trials of IF.

Oh, and where are my manners?! Hi and welcome to the board! I hope you stick around! Where did you move from? I just left Indy to move to Denver about two weeks ago, but I loved living there.

    Welcome to Indy!!

I love Kelly Kasper at Coleman Center for Women downtown at University Hospital.  They are a great practice and specialize in high-risk pregnancies.  She has a lot of experience with RE's and is ver yfamiliar with working with them.

Welcome to Indy and the board!! I look forward to getting to know more about you.

I see Dr. Cady Linn out of the Kiley Henderzahs OB/GYN group and she is fantastic. I have seen three of the four doctors in the practice and really like them all. My cousin who is the ultrasound tech for the office goes to the doctor I haven't met with. They have 2 offices-one out of Community North and one at 116th and Olio. They deliver at Community North. Community Fertility Specialists is in the same building as the north office. You can see more about each of the physicians at www.kileyhenderzahsobgyn.com. Good luck with everything!

    Thanks, ladies!

I just moved up here about a month ago.  I am from East Tennessee.  All this weather is an eye-opener for me... tornadoes don't happen often in East TN.  My husband have been TTC for about a year and a half, but we have to take about 6 months out of there because of moving and both of us were traveling a lot so... it just didn't make trying possible.  Before we took the break, I had done 3 rounds of Clomid (2 at 50mg and 1 at 100 mg) without any results (ovulation or otherwise).

I really appreciate your input... I'm sure I will be here with more questions about this town! :)  The hardest part of moving is trying to figure out where to go for all the things you need (like doctors and which vet to use, etc).

I also see a doctor out of Clearvista Women's Care based out of Community North. My dr. is Beckwith. I like her bc she's laid back and that's a good balance for my 'not so laid back' personality. They have many OBs at this practice to choose from. I've heard many good things about them and Dr. Beckwith was recommended by family friends. GL and welcome to Indy!
