Diaper rash question...

DS has a bizarre diaper rash... We really have never dealt with one at all, except for a bit of redness here and there... So I definitely don't have a clue.
Right around his anus it's very red and there are a bunch of pimples...that have whiteheads. He doesn't seem bothered by it at all, doesn't flinch when I need to use a wipe. I've been using triple paste and butt paste.. Doesn't seem to be getting better or worse. Any ideas? Anything different I should be doing/using?? TIA

Pimples/pustules generally mean bacterial infection... impetigo, folliculitis, etc..not a big deal, it happens. But, I'd get into the pedi for an antibiotic cream to get it cleared up so it doesn't spread.

A little lotrimin clears it right up
THIS! Henry had one a few months back from MIL using frgranced wipes on him and due to the lack of yogurt and good probiotics in his diet...this lead to a different diaper rash but back to the point. We took him to the DR and got medicine to put on hit, 3 days it was clear.
