GERD/Reflux?

So after reading a magazine article, (yeah yeah I know) I am guessing DD might have GERD or reflux. It wasn't something I had even considered until reading the article, but she exhibits every symptom listed and it explains a lot re: her fussiness, etc I'll call her pedi Monday. But in the meantime, any tips for managing?

Keep upright at least 20 mins after feedings.

Elevate sleeping area....DS sleeps in the Rock N Play so his head is elevated.
