XP: Jax moms: day care center info

I know this seems like a pretty odd request since I live in Tally. There is a Child Development Center that has a number of Jax locations and 1 location in Tally. It's called Chappell Child Development Center. Do any of you know anything about this place? I know the Jax locations might be run completely different than the location here but I just wanted to see if anyone had any personal experience or heard anything (good or bad) about this place.
