i've gotten a couple canvases from winkflash.com- they do daily deals so when they drop down the price of their 12x18 canvas to $35 (rather than 85), i hop on it! they're GORGEOUS, too. love, love, love my canvas!

mpix.com has been recommended to me by several professional photographers.  I had our wedding portrait printed on 16x20 canvas (gallery wrap) through them, and it is beautiful.

My SIL has a couple of the canvas ones from shutterfly and they look great.

If you are a Costco member, they do canvas prints also.
