we're team blue! i thought for sure this was a girl with the fast heartrate and just that girl names were easier to come by, but we are ecstatic about having a healthy baby boy. everything looks good, and the baby's measuring just a few days ahead.
and since gilt groupe was having a sale on maclarens, i made my first official baby purchase! of course, the umbrella one i got won't be used until the baby's bigger, but i'll be getting a bunch of stuff passed down from our older sisters to help us get prepared.
trying to picture life with a baby boy... this impending parenthood thing is so weird. :-)

right back at ya! i'm blowing 100K miles for our babymoon/last hurrah to germany in 2 weeks, and when i come back, i get to tell work that my dr. no longer wants me to fly. business travel + pregnancy = not too fun.
Congratulations!!! Baby boys are amazing. I didn't know what I'd do with the first one (our family seems to have all girls), now I can't imagine life without the 2 boys that we do have!
I would highly encourage you to shop the neighborhood garage sales, CL, Goodwill, and Salvation Army if you're looking to find great buys. We didn't with our first, and after we had the twins, I regret not looking there first! The kids outgrow it all SO quickly.
