I am really annoyed at Old Navy right now. They no longer carry petite's in the store. I ordered a pair of the Sweetheart boot cut jeans on-line in petite and they sent me a pair in long. Called customer service and the petites are out of stock and they can't back order them/no clue when they will come back in. So frustrated as I love how these jeans fit me and they don't cost a fortune ($29.99 for the pair I had ordered but didn't get).
Anyone have any suggestions on good jeans? I am 5'4", no skinny jeans. Nothing too expensive (think $50 at the most).
Re: Jeans Help
I love NY&Co jeans...I am 5'4" too and I can wear their regular jeans...most petite jeans fit me until I wash them, so I buy regular length... they run a little big, so if you normally wear an 8 get a 6. They are snug right out of the dryer, but losen quickly so the 8 ends up falling down, while the 6 fits comfortably.
I like jeans from Ann Taylor Loft and they are currently having a 40% off your entire purchase sale. They have petites too.

They also have "short" jeans in addition to petite. They are a little longer than the petites, but that might be worth a shot.
Do you have outlets near you? I got a pair of Banana Republic jeans for $25 at the outlet and love them. I usually wear Gap but never pay full price - they often send out good coupons or have good sales on their denim.
Another option - just buy regular length and have them hemmed at a tailor. I'm 5'10" but the BR jeans I bought were SO long. I took them to a tailor and had them hemmed a couple inches and it was only like $10.
I don't know if they have it everywhere, but American Eagle has the most comfortable jeans I've ever owned. I'm 5'1, and they carry a "short" line in their traditional boot cut style. I also like the Banana Republic petites (boot cut), but only when you can get them cheaper than retail. I've had issues with Old Navy's fit and quality for years.
