I like my Maclaren Triumph - it folds up really easily and has a shoulder strap for carrying, it's super lightweight and compact, it has a small recline (rare in an umbrella stroller), and it has a small storage area underneath. My only complaint is that the sun canopy isn't great.
I bought a Maclaren Volo and a Maclaren Techno XT from Craigslist. The Volo is the most basic model whereas the Techno has more bells and whistles so I thought I would like the Techno better. However, the Techno has bigger wheels, is heavier, and takes up more room in the trunk. What we found is that DH and I were arguing over who gets to keep the Volo in their car. So, I bought another Volo from Craigslist so that we can each have a Volo in our car. I love the Volo because it's so compact and lightweight. The other thing that sets it apart from other umbrella strollers is that it is sturdy and has tall handles. Both DH and I are tall so we can't be walking around with one of the cheapo umbrella strollers since those usually have low handles which would be uncomfortable for us.
Volo, hands down. For all the reasons the pp mentioned (especially the lightweight factor and the parental height factor). We bought ours when DD#1 was 6 months old and I thought it seemed crazy to spend that much on an umbrella stroller, but 4 years later I consider it one of the best child-related purchases I have ever made and it is still going.
I'm not tall (5'4"), but I find the volo handle height just right. For a short time I had a combi that I bought off CL, but it was too short and my back started hurting from bending over, not to mention that if I picked up the pace my feet would hit it (don't have that problem with the volo). My only complaint about the volo is that it topples over if I leave a bag hanging off the handle and my son gets out.
