Leaking out the front of CDs?

We've already gone through 2 pairs of pjs today because DD is somehow peeing out the front of her CDs (or at least it seems that way - her entire front on the bottom 1/2 of the pjs will be soaked).  We don't seem to have the issue with our BumGenius dipes, only FuzziBunz and Happy Hineys.  Is it possible to pee out the legs of CDs?  I can't figure out where the pee is coming from or how to stop it from happening.  Do I need to put double inserts in?

usually when that happens to me it's a sign my inserts need to be stripped. 

if they're one-size diapers, you may also want to try changing the size of the diapers up too.

Ditto. When DD leaked out the fronts, it was usually out of the waistband because she sleeps on her tummy.

Thanks!  I stripped my dipes a couple of weeks ago, so hopefully that's not the issue.  They are one-size so I'll change the sizing.  DD also has really skinny legs, so it may just be that the HH and FB aren't fitting as well as the BG right now.    Maybe I need to change the FB leg elastics while I'm at it...
